Shipping & Returns

We strive to provide our customers with the finest products and service available. Should the situation arise that a purchase needs to be returned, please review the following information.

Returns for Damage or Defect

We make every effort to secure all packages, but sometimes merchandise can be damaged during shipping. Merchandise damaged during shipping or found to be defective upon delivery should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. Contact us during normal business hours; we will arrange pickup, return and replacement.

Not Satisfied

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for an item of equal or greater value. If your item was lost or damaged during shipping; please contact us at sales@grandmax.com regarding your order and we will do what is necessary to arrange for an exchange of your purchased product.

Back Orders

We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain adequate inventory of each product, occasionally we may run out of a certain item. In this event, we will give you the date our supplier expects the item to reach us. We will then offer you the following choices: canceling the out-of-stock item from your order, authorizing us to send you a partial order, or holding up your order until we receive the item in question. If you choose the partial shipment option, we will send the missing item to you at no additional freight charge.

Please remember to call us for return authorization before returning any merchandise. If you have any questions about our return policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
